Shooters,
We have five stages set selected for the match on April 18. It will, as always, consist of two field courses, two medium courses and one classifier.
Also, for anyone interested in joining, we will have membership applications available or they can be download, filled out and printed here. Membership is $25 per year (or $35 per family) and lets you shoot for $15 instead of $25. New shooters are $5 and those who helped with setup will pay $3.

We have also uploaded the scores to USPSA.

Please send an email to jeremy AT eatel DOT net with your name and contact info if interested. Please put “Gonzales RO Class” as the subject.
It is a two day class, 8a-5p Saturday and 8a-Noon Sunday (Approximately) and will be held at the Ascension Sheriff’s range in Gonzales.
The only thing you need to bring is your USPSA rule book, a notebook and pen (to take notes) and your shooting gear and approximately 50 rounds of ammo for the shooting portion on Sunday.
If you are a member of EAPS, Tangi or Cajun Action and would like to take this class, the section will pay the fees. If you are not, it is $40.
This class is good for anyone that shoots USPSA regardless of if you ever actually want to RO all the time. There is a general agreement that having a vast knowledge of the rules makes you a better competitor and, of course, makes you appreciate the game a bit better. Not to mention knowing the rules helps ensure you don’t get screwed by ROs who don’t.

Greetings All,
On March 21st (if the weather allows it), we will hold a special classifier match. This will consist of 6 stages, all USPSA classifiers. The intent is to allow shooters to become classified for upcoming major matches (Area 6 in April, Area 4 and Mississippi Classic in May). The fee for this match will be $18 for EAPS club members and $28 for non-members. Member Families will pay $18 for the first shooter and $13 for additional shooters.
The classifiers we are going to use are:
1) CM08-03 (Six)
2) CM99-28 (Hillbillton Drill)
3) CM99-13 (Quicky II)
4) CM99-48 (Tight Squeeze)
5) CM99-55 (Peek-A-Boo No-Shoots)
6) CM03-08 (Madness)
If there are any questions, please feel free to send them to us at info@eapsclub.org
Regards,
EAPS
