Thanks to all who came out to another great EAPS match.  Perfect weather paired with 68 shooters made for a great day at the range.

We will hold our regular monthly match on Sunday, December 18th at the Ascension Sheriff’s range in Gonzales, LA. We will have 5 stages including one classifier with a minimum total round count of 115. The classifier will be CM-03-05 – Paper Poppers.

As always, we will set up on Saturday morning, after the steel match at 2:30 pm. $12 discount for those who help set up.

Today EAPS, represented by president Mike P, made a contribution of $800 to the sheriff’s annual Christmas Crusade for Children. EAPS is very happy to be able to call the Ascension Sherrif’s Range our home range and shows our thanks annually by donating the proceeds of our November USPSA match to this cause. Due to excess funds this year we were fortunate enough to be able to pay for facilities repairs as well as make this cash donation. Thanks to all who came out and showed their support.

What wonderful weather we had (once it warmed up).  We had 74 shooters make it out to our last match of the year.  Thanks to all for coming out.  See you all next year!

First, a couple notes;

Once again, fellow shooters, the November charity match is upon us.  EAPS donates all the proceeds to the Sheriffs office from the November match. Remember, the Sheriff’s office allows us to use their range free of charge all year.  The money truly goes to a good cause.

It is also that time of year to start the election process for EAPS.  If anyone wants to nominate someone for office please let us know via e-mail or at the match.  Thanks.

Now, on to regular business.  We will hold our regular monthly match on Sunday, November 20th at the Ascension Sheriff’s range in Gonzales, LA. We will have 5 stages including one classifier with a minimum total round count of 140. The classifier will be CM99-14 – Hoser Heaven.

As always, we will set up on Saturday morning, bright and early at 8am. $12 discount for those who help set up.
